  1. ENTRIES/SORT

  4.  This function allows ascended sorting of the catalogue entries using
  5.  different criteria.
  6.  
  7.  The following criteria is available for sorting:
  8.  
  9.   * by picture name
  10.   * by source path
  11.   * by source path and picture name
  12.   * by file size
  13.   * by screen mode
  14.   * by creation date
  15.   * by colour depth
  16.   * by pattern text 1
  17.   * by pattern text 2

  20.  Selecting "no sort" will removed any sort criteria again.
  21.  Accessing the single data records will then again be possible
  22.  in the same order as these have been stored in the catalogue file.

  25.  NOTE: Since access times for single data records may drastically
  26.  ----- decrease after sorting, it is recommended to also
  27.        select OPTIMIZE for files that areg kept permanently
  28.        sorted.

  30.        Should sorting be active, the current sort criteria will
  31.        be applied after each change done to the catalogue (deletion
  32.        of entries, etc.). This will be done as long as an OPTIMIZATION
  33.        has been done or the sort option has been disabled again.
